About Me
My approach is shaped by both my clinical training and more than 11 years of military experience. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Military and Veteran Psychology from William James College, following my undergraduate studies at Boston College. Throughout my career, I have pursued specialized training in psychotherapy, psychological assessment, operational and aviation psychology, leadership development, performance, and behavioral science consultation.
I am an ICF-accredited Executive Coach through Brown University and hold certifications in professional development and personality assessment. These skills allow me to bring a practical, informed perspective to my work with individuals navigating demanding careers, transitions, personal challenges, and opportunities for growth.
